A part of Bard Information Technology, User Services offers support to all Bard employees for their Bard-owned computers. The current computer brands purchased and supported by Bard are Dell and Apple. Support services include assistance with hardware, software, security, and system repair on these supported computers. The tech team consists of three desktop technicians.
